  • Local rank tracking and reporting
  • AI search optimization (AEO & GEO)
  • Custom white-label SEO reporting

The exact scope of services for each client is defined at the time of onboarding and may be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals aged 18 or older. By using our website or engaging our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the agency you represent.

We do not require long-term contracts. Our services operate on a flexible, month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel or pause services with written notice within a 30-day period, as agreed upon during onboarding.

  • Fees for our services are agreed upon during the onboarding or consultation process.
  • Payments are due as specified in your service agreement (typically monthly in advance).
  • We accept payment via the methods outlined during onboarding (e.g., bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal).
  • Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where our money-back guarantee applies (see Section 5).
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of engagement, notify us in writing and we will issue a full refund. This guarantee applies to the initial payment only and does not extend to subsequent billing cycles.

We understand the importance of confidentiality in white-label partnerships. We agree to:

  • Work discreetly under your agency’s brand without disclosing our involvement to your clients
  • Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request
  • Keep all client information, strategies, and project details strictly confidential
  • Do not contact your end clients directly without your prior written consent

You agree to keep any proprietary processes, pricing, or methodologies we share with you confidential.

To enable us to deliver effective results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your clients during onboarding
  • Grant us the necessary access to platforms (GMB, website, Search Console, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests for approvals or information within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure all information you provide about your clients’ businesses is accurate and lawful
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or unethical purpose

Delays caused by failure to provide required access or information are not our responsibility.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm updates, market competition, and your clients’ industry. While we have a strong track record and a 95%+ satisfaction rate, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Any projections or estimates we share are based on experience and are not contractual commitments.

All content, reports, strategies, and materials we create as part of your service delivery become your property upon full payment. We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, templates, and methodologies. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute our internal tools or processes without prior written consent.

We use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., SEMrush, BrightLocal, Yext, Google tools) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by these third-party providers that may affect service delivery.

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Transmit any malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our website content without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Label Local SEO Services, its team members, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any content or information you provide to us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if:

  • You breach any of these Terms
  • Payment is not received after reasonable notice
  • Continuing the engagement would violate any applicable law

You may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice as outlined in Section 3.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction agreed upon in your service agreement.
